The 2012 Convention Planning Committee is asking for your assistance in helping to make the March 2012 National Convention a huge success.

Learn about the convention:

Celebrate the Past

This truly will be a celebration! The party has greatly influenced Canada over the past 25 years, and that has not gone unnoticed. We want to take some time to say ‘thank you’ to those who built the party, cared for and grew it, and continue to do so today. This will be a time to enjoy communion with others who share a common purpose and goal: a Christian Canada.

Address the Present

We will prepare attendees for addressing the current issues in Canada. Besides exciting keynote addresses from the likes of Michael Coren, we will also have the Canadian Taxpayers’ Federation on-hand! Also, “We Want The Debate” is excited to take part in our event, and help Christians to hone their pro-life tools for addressing a largely sympathetic – yet apathetic – Canadian public.

Prepare for the Future

This event is a crucial one for the party. We are still only in year one of a majority Conservative government, which has caused many to believe that our country “has arrived” with a Christian government. However, we know that this is not the case. In fact, it appears that Mr. Harper is becoming the proverbial “wolf in sheep’s clothing”, and is strategically manipulating many other Christian politicians to follow his direction.

This cannot happen quietly, and without consequences. CHP Canada needs a strong voice with firm, direct strategies for dealing with this, and the 2012 National Convention will help us to chart that course.
